IDS Releases for October 2026

Development | August 2026

Web Components: The final build for the October release, Web Components version 1.17.0, is now available for adopting teams. It includes improvements in CSS minification and bundle size, enhancements to support OS Portal Smart Stack, and the addition of the timeline component. It will be supported until the next major release period, so teams that haven’t picked up any beta or RC candidates should be aiming to update to this latest release.

Enterprise: The new RC version for October, Enterprise version 4.111.0-rc.0, is now available. This is the last version to test before the final 4.111.0 release, which is expected later this month.

To help ensure a smooth transition, we strongly recommend that teams plan their upgrades and validation efforts as early as possible. As always, if any issues are encountered during testing or adoption, please reach out via the IDS Microsoft Team or file a ticket in our Jira project.

Please note: A SAAM request is required for Oxford access.
