New Guidelines for Workspaces and Widgets

We’re committed to helping teams build consistent, scannable Workspaces that help users do their jobs quickly and efficiently. After conducting an audit of past role-based Workspaces and categorizing the existing widget patterns, we’ve published two new resources:​

IDS Workspace page layout: The structure for unifying essential information and high-priority tasks from multiple CloudSuite applications into a single hub of widgets.

Portal widget content guidelines: Selecting widgets that are best suited for the user, with practical scenarios, mobile considerations, and curated examples for different data types.
