Ten new role-based Workspaces—including employee, purchasing manager, and customer service representative—are available in the 2024.04 Feature Release. Designed to drive user productivity, success, and satisfaction, Workspaces are a convenient place for users to start and end their day, dive deeper into applications, and navigate across the CloudSuite. From day one, Workspaces give users relevant content and immediate access to their most important tasks and data.

GenAI UX Best Practices
To ensure that end users can productively interact with our GenAI tool, the design system has published new guidance tailored for scenarios where a single input into the model generates a single output. The objectives of this guidance are to:
- Provide a consistent, user-friendly experience across all Infor applications.
- Shorten the learning curve so users get value out of GenAI more quickly.
- Make GenAI outcomes relevant to the capabilities and functionality of our solutions to amplify user success.

Custom Icons
Sometimes there are use cases which require icons that aren’t currently offered by the design system. Design guidance has been published for creating icons to ensure that they’re consistent with the visual style of the new system icons set, providing a cohesive experience for end users.
